Lawn, Grotto or Patio Areas: Additional $500 extra with rental of Grand Room or Bar Room

Rates are for full days Friday, Saturday or Sunday 8:00 am to 11:00 pm

Corporate Weekday Trainings may also qualify for pricing discounts.

Daily: 15 hrs. between 8 am-11:30 pm

Amenities

Your rental includes set up of tables and chairs. Access to the refrigerator and walk in cooler in the kitchen, Wi-Fi, microphones and whole house audio. (may not be available in all areas) are included in rental fee.

2 - 75” flat screen TV’s w/mobile stands, podium and laptop stand is also available of an extra fee.
